Join us at the Capital City Market in downtown Lansing, for an evening of charcuterie board building. This class is for individuals looking to learn the basics of charcuterie board building – with a Mother's Day twist!
Class will be held on May 5th at 6 pm. This class will teach charcuterie basics plus our favorite tips and tricks from Amayesing Graze. We will be building a traditional board with delicious ingredients that you can find at the Capital City Market! We will provide everything necessary to make and take a delicious charcuterie board home to share with family and friends!
Your board will be loaded with artisan cheeses, various charcuterie, themed favorites, fruits, nuts, honey, fresh herbs, crackers and more.
Class duration is around 1.5 hours. Space is limited. Free parking is directly behind the Capital City Market
