MILFORD, MA — Local artists who want to participate in the Milford Cultural Council's 2022 Brush To Table contest only have a few days left to enter. The deadline to submit proposed designs will come at midnight on Friday. The cultural council is also still seeking a financial partner for the 2022 contest, and that deadline is also on Friday. The cultural council held the town's first Brush To Table contest last spring, inviting artists to design picnic tables. The winning artists received funding to paint the tables, which were then placed on permanent display around town. RELATED: Winners Picked In Milford Picnic Table Project Contest For 2022, the cultural council will select three designs with a patriotic theme for tables that will be installed along the Upper Charles Trail near the Italian-American Veterans Hall. A group of cultural council members will review the entries and pick the winners by April 25. The tables will go on display by the end of August.
