Description

The Bais Yaakov School for Girls invites Vendors to submit sealed bids for providing food service for its students. The Agency participates in the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) National School Lunch Program and the Child and Adult Care Food Program. Specifications and proposals may be obtained by contacting the school via e-mail at [email protected] and at 6302 Smith Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21209 beginning on December 1, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Sealed bids presented in duplicate will be received by Bais Yaakov School for Girls at 6302 Smith Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21209 until December 15, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. for the contract period January 1, 2020 through January 1, 2021 inclusive. Sealed bids from those bidders meeting qualifications criteria will be opened on December 23, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. with award to be made by December 26, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. The School reserves the right to check all outside references and to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. All awards are made pending Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) review for USDA regulatory compliance. MSDE and USDA are equal opportunity providers.
