Licensed General Contractor needed in Miami Beach

We are real estate investors with over 30 years of experience doing multiple home remodels at the same time. We are looking to work with a Licensed General Contractor needed in Miami Beach for this project and many other projects moving forward. We already signed and sealed plans from architect for permit for an exisitng bathroom remodel and to add a bathroom in a closet next to existing bathroom in condo on Ocean Drive. For this first project we pay $500 to just get permit pulled and and handle inspections with the city. The $500 will be paid as $300 for signing application, $100 for the electrical inspection, $100 for the plumbing inspection. If you are interested to give us an estimate/offer/proposal/quote to do the electrical and plumbing work (as licensed electrical and licensed plumbing, any other contractor as sub contractor if needed). REQUIREMENT: - Must be Licensed General Contractor in City of Miami Beach
