General Labor/ Semi Skilled/ Skilled Positions We are a temp agency hiring General Labor, Flagger, Cleaning ladies, Carpenters, Operators, ect. We provide daily work and daily pay. Pay stats at $15 to $20 an hour. Positions to be filled immediately. Must meet the following criteria: -Must have two forms of ID -Have professional demeanor and work ethics -Ability to work independently with little supervision / fast learners -Ability to complete every job in a timely manner -Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs -Project and construction clean up -Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, etc. as the job requires -Reliability, punctuality and attendance are major factors we seek to fulfill positions Carpenter Requirements: • Ability to perform tasks in all areas and aspects of construction projects • Must be able to work independently on projects and summarize and report hours and expenses for billing and payroll purposes • Experience in building trades, not limited to; carpentry, plumbing, masonry, stucco, roofing, drywall, painting, electrical, signage, concrete, asphalt and fencing • Ability to work with tools, lumber and materials • Form to finish carpentry • Door installation and repairs • Painting, knockdown, ceiling tile and ceiling repair • Perform various maintenance jobs and repairs • Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work • Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed • Help with tile and/or flooring installation • Assist with trim carpentry and/or exterior siding • Project and construction cleanup Just show up at our office to apply and then you can report straight to the site.
