Press release from the City of Middletown: MIDDLETOWN, CT —The Middletown Recycling Center will be closed on Friday, April 15 in observance of Good Friday. It will be open on Saturday, April 16 from 7:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. The Sanitation District WILL BE OPERATING on Friday, April 15.
