Responsibilities as starting helper include: -Carrying, setup and breakdown of spray equipment -Assist in cleaning, prepping and repair of surfaces to be sprayed -Assist during spraying process by mixing paint, retrieving items, or other ways needed. Applicant will be trained to complete jobs on their own with a 4-8 month period. Once trained, skills learned will include how to refinish bathtubs, sinks, showers, and countertops as well as chip and crack repairs in fiberglass, cast iron and tile. Pay change will occur once spraying on your own. Applicant should have great customer service and communication skills. Clean appearance, reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Will meet M-F at 7:30am in Flat Rock, NC. Daily hours vary depending on job. Some days we are done by noon and some days we work until 5pm.
