The commencement will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at Assembly of God, located at 4501 W. Douglas Wichita, KS. 67209. Sedgwick County Sheriff Jeff Easter will welcome seven new deputies to the Sheriff's Office. This transition comes after completing seven weeks of basic academy training, which included such topics as interpersonal communication, policy and procedure, legal issues, computer training, and defensive tactics.
