Qasim Muhammad, 43-years-old, was last seen leaving Palmetto Behavioral Health where he was receiving treatment. Authorities are asking anyone with information to practice caution around Muhammad and to call the department. (Live 5 News WCSC)Charleston County Public Works is hosting two public meetings to discuss the Main Road Corridor: Segment C Project. The meetings will be on Apr. 28 and May 12 at the St. John's Parrish Church on Maybank Highway. Public Works is also having a public comment period that will be open from Apr. 28 through May 27.
