am hiring just for Part-time, hourly, for both an experienced plumber (apprentice to journeyman, who can do service calls, repair/replace pipes, clear drains, etc.) and also a carpenter who can do trades like framing & drywall, maybe tile, flooring, etc. We can discuss pay for the plumbing position since this will be both hourly (20-25$/hr Cash) but also for shorter "one-off" service calls I will pay more than the hourly rate (likely $100 for what usually takes less than 2 hours or at least under 4 hours).
