Restoration 1 of Central Denver in Denver, CO is looking to hire a full-time Restoration Lead Tech to oversee water, mold, and fire damage restoration jobs from start to finish while helping technicians. BENEFITS Pay is $23 - $25 per hour $500 sign-on bonus after 60 days Monthly bonus for meeting job goals 40 hours of paid time off 401(k) plan with 3% company match after 1 year Healthcare options $75 after-hours call-out bonus Team outings Company-paid IICRC certifications QUALIFICATIONS Experience in damage restoration Experience communicating with property owners, homeowners, and insurance adjusters Able to work a rotating on-call schedule including weekends and nights A can do and will do attitude to help your team out A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTORATION LEAD TECH In this lead technician role, you act as the liaison between the company and client. While on-site, you: Inspect new commercial and residential jobs, ensuring the property is stabilized and prepared for technicians to perform work. You communicate the scope of work to the team, office, customer, and insurance adjuster, ensuring each party understands the project. As a hands-on lead technician, your team looks to you as an example and trusts your knowledge. During projects, you perform daily check ins and use a tablet to document completed work and enter notes as needed. You contribute to the work being done on the job-site including removing/demolition of building materials, setting proper equipment and more. Ability to lift 30 pounds is necessary. You are on your feet and active all day. You also ensure jobs are closed properly and contracts are signed by the appropriate persons.
