Young (2 years old) Turquoise Green Cheek Conure. Rare color. Sweet and somewhat shy. Prefer a home with at least one other bird--he loves to chirp along with his conure friends and has learned to say a few words. Most likely this conure is male; he has never laid an egg. Has been examined by our avian vet and is fully healthy; in 2020 he had two toes amputated due to injuring his foot on a rope toy, but has healed completely and has no difficulty getting around at all. Rope toys not recommended for safety. I can provide his records from date of purchase and vet record. Wings are not trimmed, he can fly if out of his cage and can land on your arm or shoulder. Eats a high quality pellet diet and loves fresh fruit and veggies, especially apples, spinach, broccoli and berries. Rehoming fee of $300 FIRM includes all of his supplies: cage and toys and perches and bowls, as well as food. Cash only. I will be moving soon and unfortunately it is not in his best interest to travel across the country. I love this bird and want to find him the best possible home so I will be asking questions. Applicants will be screened.
