Johnson Builders is looking for qualified individuals for a full time, year-round position with the company. Applicants need to be a self-starters, Reliable, Organized, works well with others, able to work safely, follow instructions, execute tasks in a timely manner and have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Johnson Builders is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of an Equipment and parts runner to haul, move and perform light duty maintenance on our mini excavator and skid steer as well as meeting, delivering, and moving job site materials to and from job sites. The job duties of this position include but are not limited to the following. • Ability to safely and efficiently operate all jobsite equipment-(forklift, skid steer, mini excavator, scissor lift, grad all, generator, etc.) • Pickup and delivery of needed equipment (Bobcat, mini excavator, skid steer, scissor lift) to requested job sites • Ensure all jobsite equipment is fueled, oiled and ready for use when delivered • Perform equipment cleaning and scheduling of all needed equipment maintenance • Meeting delivery drivers for scheduled deliveries • Unloading/loading jobsite materials (insulation, steel, lumber, etc.-must be able to lift 50lbs) • Organizing/relocating jobsite materials based on need • Weekly dump run to empty yard dumpster of jobsite debris • The ability to adjust to a changing schedule and stay productive • The ability to take good notes and stay organized Applications can be completed and submitted on our website at www.johnson.builders Scroll to the bottom of the home page and click on “CAREERS” link.
