Description
We are looking for an experienced full-time maintenance/handyman for several apartment communities in Ann Arbor.
Schedule: 10AM-5PM Monday-Friday but must be flexible for other times.
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour with potential for a raise after 6 months.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Completing small projects such as painting, plumbing, light electrical, carpentry and general labor.
-Assisting Maintenance Manager with apartment repairs.
-Must be able to work outdoors, able to lift up to 50lbs, able to walk/stoop/bend/lift/twist/kneel.
-Providing excellent customer service.
