Press release from the Wright County Government: April 8, 2022 In 2018, the Minnesota Department of Agriculture confirmed the presence of Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) in Wright County. There are 32 counties in the state with Emerald Ash Borer. To help control the spread, the Minnesota Department of Agriculture enacted a quarantine to limit the movement of firewood and ash material into and out of Wright County.
