Recruiter Responsibilities: Review nurse resumesCommunicate with nurses via phone and email regarding upcoming open positionsIdentify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignmentsClient-centered mentality and passion for customer serviceStrong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goalsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgencyProactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for job opportunities Recruiter Qualifications: Detail-oriented & able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Ability to adapt to changing environment & strong problem-solving skillsMinimum of one (1) year of call center experienceMinimum of three (3) years of customer service Recruiter Hours and Pay:Monday - Friday7:30 am - 4:00 pmHourly Pay: $20.00
