Seeking a videographer/photographer with experience filming a small live event that includes comedy, music, dance and prizes. The event runs about 4 hours with the full day at about 8 - depending on setup and tear down. Lunch is included. DATE IS Sunday from JULY 24th.. All gear and layout instructions will be provided on the day with the possibility of a location walkthrough prior to the event. Experience running audio and video cables and securing cables is a plus. Responsibilities Include: * Loading, and Set up and tear down of A/V gear * Live camera operating during the performances * Single cam aimed at the stage keeping subjects in frame * B-Roll * Guest entrances * Guests exiting (ask how they enjoyed the show) * Sponsor lineup * Additional coverage * Event photos (before, during, after) * Shots with each event sponsor * Photos of guests * Photos of prizes * Unload gear into storage following event wrap
