Rehoming mix puppy

Hi I have a 2 and half month old puppy that I would like to rehome. He is a mix I believe his mom is a shih tzu mix, I’m not sure but he is half chihuahua. I have a rehoming fee of 225 to ensure he goes to a good home that genuinely wants him. He will also be going home with his first shot and dewormer. He is ready to go any day and please only people who are genuinely interested. Also the rehoming fee is what it is I will not be changing it, thank you for your time.
