I texted this man for quite a while. Then I called him. He hardly spoke English. He has these beautiful little red teacup poodle puppies. He's asking 850 for them. He is located in Crescent City and was insistent on shipping the puppy to my doorstep. He wanted me to send him the full amount of the puppy plus the shipping fee. I don't believe he has any puppies at all.
