----------2 MATERIAL HANDLERS – Pay $17.00/hr---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Heavy Equipment Operator assists in the recycling process by operating a variety of equipment including forklift, grapple cranes, stationary shear, stationary baler, etc. Inspects equipment, make sure everything is safe and in working condition Loads, unloads and sorts material Inspects materials to quality standards Knows quality standards, materials grades, what materials can/cannot be loaded Utilizes all yard operating equipment including: shag truck, forklifts, skid steer, wheel loader, stationary baler, stationary shear, alligator shear as necessary Performs basic maintenance on the machinery Other responsibilities as assigned Pay is basMued on experience Must wear all necessary PPE while working or while in the yard. Follows company safety standards at all times. Failure to follow safety standards may result in loss of position. Located In Rogers ----------3 SORTERS – Pay $15.00/hr----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Under supervision, picks not conforming material from a moving conveyer. Performs clean up duties as assigned. Identifies and sorts different kinds of metal. Sorts iron according to mill specifications. Other responsibilities as assigned or required. ----------LANDSCAPER-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Great for someone not looking to work weekends. It consists of seeding, edging, hedge trimming, planting and weeding work. Must have a valid drivers license. Located in Springdale ----------GENERAL LABOR/DRIVER--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job duties consist of loading/unloading materials onto trucks, delivering the materials and working inside the warehouse. Steel toed shoes are required. Must have a valid Drivers License. Monday-Friday 48-52 hour work week Background checks will be performed. Pays $13 an hour 4 Open positions needed to fill. 2 Drivers and 2 labor workers This is a physically demanding job. Constant lifting of materials anywhere from 50-70lbs at a time.
