We'll need mock events, then live shows. If you have exp, that's great. We really need someone with stage experience who can handle the guitar proficiently.
Do you follow? I'm good at bringing a crowd together and managing social aspects of shows. A bigger group will make travel easier. Due to project ambitions and principles, we're not being sticklers about formal experience. Though practice and commitment will be priority.
