Small dog looking for perfect home

Adorable 16 pound, 8 year old Scottish terrier/yorkie mix. Was surrendered because owner is moving and pregnant and dog was said to have nipped at/bit the toddlers in the household. We found he does have some arthritis in his back and he does not like to be picked up but has been sweet with all of us, just a little sad and nervous. Reported to be good with cats and met the vet clinics cat. Needs a quiet lowkey adult only home to give him love and understanding.
