ISO Small Beach Wedding Setup

Hello everyone! I am getting married Aug 6th 2022 in Ogunquit ME! My fiance and I are having a small intimate wedding of approximately 25 people. We will have our ceremony on the public beach and therefore need some help with that. There will be a photographer and officiant there plus us and all the guests. We need someone to be in charge of setup and staying there until everyone arrives. Ideally we are looking for chairs to be picked up from the rental place and dressed with decorations that we will probably provide. An arbor with decorations of some sort as well. I believe that is it. Afterwards I would need a breakdown and return of the chairs. If anyone is local that can accommodate us this would be fantastic! Looking forward to hearing from some of you : )
