We are pitching a series to Netflix. The premise is for 15-20 modern but affordable stand alone homes in a private gated community. The houses are pre- designed to be built with interesting features. We only want serious buyers!
Must be willing to live, retreat or locate to Dutchess county. Must be qualified and interested in building a home. Builder/Developer lined up. Seeing if this is a good market for us to film. Homes cannot exceed 2000 ft.²
