I have 7 studios that will be available May 1st. Rooms range in size from 100 sq ft to 700 sq ft. Month to month lease agreement and no extra charges for anything. The building has 12 ft ceilings, all rooms are on the first floor, gated parking lot, alarm system, camera system, every room is secured with finger print locks, heat and A/C, and wifi. The building hours are 9am-10:30pm weekdays and 9am-midnight weekends. I'm available to show rooms every day so come take a look. Rooms are for work space or office space, not for living in. Also no bands, it's quiet work space.
