Labor helper needed - part time

I'm looking for a labor helper that has some skills they feel they can do on their own if needed. Most all work is done as a 2 man team with you being the helper. I believe in teaching but only if someone cares to learn. If you have a specific skill set, then I have no problem deffering if the situation is right. Must have the ability (vehicle) and desire (work ethic) to get to a jobsite reliably. Jobs are as they come up and the need for a helper is there. I do not have a set schedule except for the fact we do not work evening or weekends so right now this would be on a job by job basis.
