Please send us your bids Scope of Work: Remove two layers of asphalt shingles Inspect for dry rot* Install new Tiger Paw underlayment Install Weather Watch on penetrations and valleys Install new metal vents (to match roofing color of choice) Install new pipe jacks Install new drip edge flashing (to match roofing color of choice) Install new T-metal (to match roofing color of choice) Install new Timberline shingles Install new z-ridge Remove and dispose of all roofing related debris *Please note that the chimney needs to be redone by a chimney company Price includes removal, replacement, and disposal
