Hi my name is Patrick, and I offer fun workouts in the park. I offer pad holding training, running (or fast pace walking depending n your level) calisthenics, etc etc. Hitting pads is something I truly enjoy, so I want to bring my passion to those who want to get in shape!

I'm offering a free 30 minute training to build my client base. That way you can see if its something your interested in doing.
