Job Description We are hiring! We are actively looking for someone to join us at a high energy, high flow, family and friend based shop. Must be open minded and willing to learn the way the shop operates and does installs. We live by our motto “ Clean Installs Only.” If you are stuck in your ways of being dirty and uncaring of how a vehicle is put back together, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! Every truck that comes in the door is treated like it’s our own and we expect our technicians to do the same. Training will be available to understand the Poor Boys Diesel standard and what we are accomplishing as one of the most prestigious repair and performance facilities in Arizona. We don’t demand overtime but it is always available after hours during the weekdays and weekends with pay to match! Requirements -Must have minimum of 5 years experience with light duty diesel’s and pickup trucks -Must know how to diagnose and repair trucks without a helping hand -Have your own tools ( specialty tools will be provided by shop “A/C, presses, scanner etc. -Positive Attitude -Understands constructive criticism -Getting along with others -Be able to show up to work on time -Performance based knowledge is a bonus Please send resumes to Tim @ poorboysdiesel.com or stop into our office and drop off a hard copy
