Sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing and sanitizing all areas and surfaces. Do an assessment prior to cleaning to set the client's expectations. What we're looking for: Dependable, self-motivated and detail-oriented Friendly and helpful attitude towards customers Reliable & trustworthy Job Requirements Limited cleaning experience (having cleaned for others before) Flexibility - We take on jobs at any hour of the day, including nights and weekends. Please be clear upon applying if there are any particular times you aren’t available. Transportation - you’ll need to drive yourself to any space needing our cleaning service. Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs and spend up to 4-hours on your feet at a time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. Valid social security number and authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions in English. Must be able to read and comprehend chemical and safety information. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Job Type: Part-time; Subcontractor Through 1099.
