Riverbank Marina is now hiring a Marina Maintenance Manager. We are offering a full-time position to keep Riverbank Marina running safe and efficient. Our Marina Maintenance team assists in a variety of tasks making this job versatile. Primary Marina Maintenance Duties: • Conduct routine maintenance task such as replacing light bulbs, replacing boards, repairing toilets, faucets, grouting, painting, patching etc. • Ensure property is kept up to maintain safety of tenants and guests • Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks • Communicate work order progress to manager • Represent the Marina in a professional and positive manner at all times • Assist with inventory/security of supplies • Notify management of all unusual events, circumstance, or other safety or quality control issues • Use and maintain tools and equipment related to work skillfully and safely • Maintain accurate logs, records, and basic written reports of work performed • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment • Perform cleaning activities as necessary • Grounds/yard upkeep • Install and upkeep appliances and equipment • On call 24/7 for emergency maintenance events Marina Maintenance Manager should have the following experience: • Experience using hand and electrical tools • Able to be a “Jack of all trades” to assist in a variety of maintenance upkeep • Communication well with other Riverbank employees • Basic computer and email skills Marina Maintenance Manager requirements: • 18 years older • Self-reliant and able to efficiently work under limited supervision • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently • Have own reliable transportation • Able to walk up and down stairs numerous times in a shift • Able to carry heavy loads up and down stairs • Able to work outside in different weather conditions About Riverbank Marina: Riverbank Marina is located on Garden Hwy by I-5, (Chevys/Crawdad’s on the River). Riverbank Marina is a 15 acre property that includes 200 boat slips, 3 restaurant spaces, 15 offices and the parking lots.
