We are a small Property right off Outer loop. We're all one level ranch style apartment homes. We're looking for a "Skilled Craftsman" in the Louisville, Kentucky area. We are fully renovating our apartment homes and need a good craftsman on our team. Renovations range from repair / replace items will include but not limited to replacing plumbing fixtures, cabinets & counter tops, door & trim painting, wall repair & lots of painting. Parts and supplies are provided Prefer past experience in apartment or home renovation interior work and / or apartment maintenance. MUST be able to work Independently MUST be able to meet Deadline MUST 100% RELIABLE Compensation: Starting at $21.00 Hourly Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity!
