Hi my name is Lisset I am a real estate investor looking for distressed homes. I need house hunters to look out for homes that need love meaning need to be fixed. This is an independent contractor position you will get paid when we buy the property and close. If it’s not a good deal I will let you know and on to the next. If it’s a good deal I will personally let you know how the deal is going when we buy and close etc. it’s a great way to make extra money you can send me as many address as you want as long as it meets the criteria, you never know one can be that great deal where we Buy the property. Also please DONT SEND IF ALREADY LISTED WITH A REAL ESTATE AGENT. All you need to do is send me the address of a property that looks in distress like the ones in the images. Example : Tall Grass Piled up mail Looks vacant/abandoned Fire Damage homes Peeling, faded, and degraded paint Overgrown yard with weeds sprouting through concrete cracks Broken windows, shudders, rain gutters, etc. Shoddy roof, garage door, fence, etc. Multiple notices on door, windows, mailbox Uncollected mail and newspapers Here is the pay: $1,000 if we Buy and Close the deal $1,500 if you get me in contact with the seller. And we purchase the property and close the deal. You can do this at your own time or while driving to work. If interested send an email.
