MINORITY WOMEN OPERATED! THERE IS NO "I" IN TEAM! We are firm believers of creating a BALANCE environment not only for our team but for the dogs as well. It is very IMPORTANT that YOU LOVE WHAT YOU DO! We are a small cagefree family owned/operated doggie daycare and boarding facility looking for a dog lover like ourselves to join our pack! During your shift, the job is 65% cleaning. It is very important that our clients always come in to a clean facility. You will be responsible for sweeping, mopping. The rest of your shift, MOST IMPORTANTLY; LEARNING BODY LANGUAGES AND BEHAVIORS OF EACH DOG! And of course, you will be partying with the pups! :) We have dogs of all sizes at one time. Small, medium, and large. They are also of a variation of breeds at one time so you must be comfortable with handling 20+ dogs at a time yourself. Our crew respects the pack leader. It will be your time to PROVE yourself to our pack! There is no such thing of doing anything on your own with a reliable team! You will also interact with our clients when they pick up/drop off to/from daycare/boarding and when new potential clients that come in inquiring about our services. PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH DOGS WOULD BE TOP CHOICE FOR US, however, we are willing to train the right person for this job. You must be comfortable with all size dogs, cleaning up after them and correcting their behaviors if they are getting a little too rowdy. We are Cagefree so they will always be moving around and playing, etc. Communication skills with people is a MUST! COMMUNICATING AND BONDING WITH YOUR TEAM IS A MUST! We strongly believe in treating all of our clients with the BEST CARE EVER! But that is not our only priority, Making sure that our team is content, happy, supported by being here and being apart of our Doggie Goddess family! A smile goes a long way and it always has! We are open 7 days a week (excluding Federal Holidays) so weekend availability is a plus. We will have overnight shifts coming within the next few months where you will work graveyard shift with dogs that are boarding with us. Does this sound like something you've been wanting to do?
