BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Backups are building near Perry Hall Wednesday night because of a traffic light that is out, according to authorities. Police said the traffic light on MD 43 at Perry Hall Boulevard is not working. Drivers should treat intersections where traffic lights are out as four-way stops.
