I am looking for a well-mannered, well-presented, and well-spoken individual to assist with a dinner party I am hosing in my townhouse for 6 people (including myself) on March 3.
It should be an easy evening. Most of the prep will be done in advance, so you just need to keep an eye on things. We are making miso-glazed black cod, some appetizers, and a desert. But, you will be responsible for plating, and serving of the meal in multiple courses, as well as keeping the wine flowing. During and after the dinner your work will additionally include washing and putting away cookery and dishes as they are no longer needed. Also, collecting and taking out the evening's trash to the curb.

You should arrive at 6PM and expect to be finished around midnight, so roughly 6 hours. Dress elegantly, like a host or hostess at a good restaurant.
Compensation for the evening is 120 USD - paid in cash upon completion of work
