It's summer. I am not going to fight the crowds on the weekend to eat. I live with my son. He is odd about food, but that is meaningless. I would like to have a dinner prepared every Saturday for the summer. We eat early so you can actually enjoy life. I am not interested in having a 'gourmet meal' delivered on Saturday. I want a full beautiful meal prepared in my kitchen with the sounds and smells. Delicious, and there may be times with a guest. I want the shopping and everything fresh the day of served. I am well aware of the cost for this. my belief is that it is worth it. ds
