In this role, you'll also support the company's national strategy to continue building strong relationships with its local communities. As a Community Engagement Program Coordinator, you’ll: Support event management and community initiatives as needed.Manage planning, logistics and tracking for activities, including (but not limited to) the company's community tabling, tours, career panels, and overall community engagements.Participate in community events and programs, including those held on evenings and weekends, as needed.Close out activities to include documentation of processes and archival of materials (e.g. briefs, documentation, creatives, etc.).Liaison with the company's Summer Academy—a six week career exploration program for its local high school students.Support programming throughout the summer as your main responsibility (from June - August 2022).Help with the expansion of the team’s internal and external communication efforts.Manage the community engagement social media and support the upkeep of processes and playbooks.Help with any assets associated with community engagements, that may include visuals, sponsorship ads, workplace recaps, and draft recap emails.Create quarterly newsletter templates and assist with launching them to external and internal stakeholders across the company's various offices.Assist with day-to-day operations and tasks to ensure that the company is providing necessary assistance to the team.Partner with the company's Community Leads across the US to ensure that it is supporting both its external and internal cross functional partners. Help with internal employee engagement with the company's nonprofits as needed.Lead the creation and submission of the ad credits requests for the company's key partners.Support with the development of the company's national programming as appropriate.
