No disrespect but did you wake up this morning thinking you'd say something really ignorant? Even in Trump's last year as President when the virus hit and demand caved in the US was producing 1.5 million barrels of oil a day more than now. When Biden was elected his announced war on oil & gas began from the ending the completion of the EX pipeline that would be moving 1 million barrels a day of oil from Canada to Louisiana & Texas for refining and use to closing Federal lands for new exploration and telling banks they'd be in jeopardy if the made loans for other oil exploration. Biden is responsible for most of the oil production loss and price hikes based on this information and there's nothing treasonous pointing it out. If this is Biden's best we need another President with better ideas. The Russian war in Ukraine demonstrates perfectly why green energy is a wishful fantasy not ready for primetime and make take several decades if ever to be practicable. Just so you know the idea of renewable green energy is proving as of now to be nothing more than a feel good virtue signal not anything we or the rest of the world can rely on for the foreseeable future. It would be worth investing in technology to burn oil and gas more efficiently and cleaner than to reduce this energy causing high prices that hurts most of us in the wallet. Biden isn't doing any of it even remotely. When the pandemic crushed oil demand in 2020, some oil companies went out of business. Some small stripper wells — which accounts for a respectable amount of U.S. oil production — were permanently capped given the bleak outlook. Some workers left the oil industry. There are many reasons for high gas prices. Blaming one person shows ignorance. Blaming a person who is trying his best to help is treason. It's time America Nationalized the oil industry. That oil under us is mine too!
