WHITE MARSH, MD — A traffic light is reportedly out at an intersection in White Marsh. The malfunction is on MD 7/Philadelphia Road at Ebenezer Road, the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company reported before 4:20 p.m. Friday. Drivers should use caution in the area. When a traffic light is out, drivers are to treat it like a four-way stop, according to Maryland law.
