We are looking for an experienced maintenance worker on one of our properties in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a small apartment community (36 units). You will help us troubleshoot immediate issues on-site such as: • Plumbing repairs - drains, clogging, installing shower heads, caulking etc. • Sheetrock and painting repair • Installing cabinets, light fixtures, fans etc. • Fixing doors, locks, installing locks, mailboxes etc. • Basic repairs on electrical, GFCIs, garbage disposals etc. • HVAC repairs Requirements • Prior maintenance experience in electrical, appliances and plumbing • Be able to lift heavy objects • Have a car to drive to Home Depot to pick up supplies if necessary • Reliable, problem solver and pays attention to details
