What we are looking for: - Must have the ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks; to include frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting & carrying up to 50lbs. - Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation. - Must have clean driving record. - Experience is REQUIRED. - All applicants being considered must pass a background check. Tasks Include: -Able to use common hand tools, such as hammers, drills, saws, wrenches, etc. -Able to perform electrical maintenance including replacing, repairing, and wiring an outlet -Able to perform plumbing maintenance including replacing and repairing leaking faucets, drains, Sloan flush valves, sinks, toilets, and urinals. -Able to repair, replace and/or adjust doors, door closers, door handles, both interior and exterior, repair carpet, repair/replace woodwork, drywall, and other parts of the building structure, plus painting as needed.
