Looking for help with basic home and yard tasks

We are an elderly couple and due to some recent health problems are finding it difficult to do some basic things like: -Weed Garden -Plant flowers -Clean out Gutters (one story house) -Retrieve and put storage containers in Attic -Move boxes around house -Change light bulbs We can direct someone what to do and how to do it (like what to do for the Garden) but we need is someone who can be our muscle. We are on a fixed income and cant pay more than $10 an hour. We would probably need help regularly every week (thinking 1 to 4 hours) and since we are retired could work on your schedule. We have all the tools and ladders and everything needed. God Bless!
