Carolina Beach Realty is currently hiring cleaners for the 2022 Summer Season! Want to make some fast money and only work 2 days a week? Then we are the company for you! We are a vacation rental company with properties located in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. We are looking to add additional cleaning vendors to our vacation rental company. If you are looking for more work – look no further we are the company for you! What we offer and what is expected from your company: · You are paid a flat rate per cleaning. Each property pays differently depending on property factors such as bedroom count and square footage among other factors · Bed making is included with each clean · Pay is biweekly and we do offer direct deposit · Cleans are on Saturdays and Sundays. Cleaning must be completed between 10am-4pm if the property is a turnaround (someone checking in the same day that someone checks out) · Cleans are by location so you will not have to travel far between each property · Must have a smartphone and valid email as we use an app for cleaning assignments · Must have reliable transportation · You must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment · Bonuses are offered for meeting qualitative goals Please email with any questions or to set up a time for an interview.
