You are just our investment partner. Let your credit put money in your bank account every month. Our contractors and engineers on the ground do all the renovation work. Let your money work for you than staying there in the bank where you will earn just 0.06 percent as interest annually. With us if you buy a house for example 150k(house & fees included) and the repair cost is 50k e.g. such a house costing 200k(purchase price + repairs + fees) will be sold for 260k minimum and most times 280 to 300k. After giving back the principle, we are left with profits of 60k or 80k or 100k on this property. This profit now is shared 50/50 between you and the company. Its as simple as that. Take note, we buy this property in your name, you keep the title and bring it back only when we are selling the property to a customer after repairs. Also note that you are not required to do anything except to buy a property and come back to sell it with us to a new customer after renovations. So you could still be having a job and do this. You could be a retiree and be making 30k, 50k, 60k et c. each month without working. For those who are capable of buying 2 to 4 properties, they can be making 100k to 200k a month. For example you can buy 5 properties worth $1,000,000 (purchase price, fees and repairs included). You will make a minimum of 100k and up to 200k profits each month. Keep in mind that we buy and sell these houses in the same month cos we want to use the money to acquire other sets of houses the following month. Some houses need light repairs and can take just 5 days to do light touch ups and put to the market while others need heavy repairs and sometimes take 2 to 3 weeks to renovate. The good thing is, all our houses sell under 48 hours after repairs because we know exactly what the customers are looking for. We make these houses very modern and irresistible that every customer want to have them. So due to the fact that our houses sell fast we are sure of buying and selling many houses each month in the DFW area and beyond. So to summarize the explanations above here are the key points(highlights) -We look for off market discounted houses. -You bring the money and we buy the house(s) in your name and you keep the title (Take note, we will sign a joint venture agreement contract before the purchase is done. You can bring an attorney with you if you wish. The house is fully yours and is in your name alone and the contract is just to show or bind us doing business together). -You bring money for repairs and we will provide our structural engineers, our general contractors and a group of experienced subcontractors to work on the renovation till completion. -We will list the house for sale and follow up with aggressive publicity to make it sell under 24 hours or maximum 48 hours. -We (you) or the title company will transfer the title to the next buyer once the payment of the house is done. -After giving back the principle amount invested on the property and its repairs, we will share just the profits 50/50 (between you and the company). We will then move on to get the next house or the next set of houses and repeat the same process every month.
