PERRY HALL, MD — Voters can cast their ballots in person, through a ballot drop box or by mail on Election Day in Perry Hall. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 3. The best time to vote in person on Election Day is between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., according to the Maryland Board of Elections. These voting centers will be open in Perry Hall on Tuesday: Honeygo Elementary School, 4816 E. Joppa Rd.Honeygo Run Community Center, 9033 Honeygo Blvd.Perry Hall High School, 4601 Ebenezer Rd. Voters will be required to stand 6 feet apart, and the number of people inside voting centers will be capped, which may result in lines and wait times, according to election officials. Face coverings are required in public places where the public may gather indoors, according to the governor's order. Through Election Day, people can get a ballot in person at their local board of elections — in this case at the Baltimore County Board of Elections, 11112 Gilroy Road, Suite 104, in Hunt Valley — where they will be asked to fill out a form with their name, address and other information.
