Male. 10 months to 1 yr old German Shepherd w/slight mix. I'm re-homing for a friend not aware of the care and time a large, intelligent breed needs. I suggest no cats, he doesn't hurt them but if not trained to, he will chase them. Unless u have barnyard cats...they can hold their own. Sweet temperament, loyal disposition. Potty trained. Loves his crate. Can bark or whine for a moment then stops. (After awhile not at all when he's used to his surroundings.) If I don't find him a home the current owners are taking him to the pound. He's currently with me on a farm and he LOVES it. Large breeds need room to roam. A fenced yard would work, he doesnt jump them. He stays right with me everywhere inside or out. If I'm working outside or in the barn he'll lay down on my foot. He's an amazing dog and protector. With the right love and basic training you'll have the best for life. I know dogs. I'm working with him leash and crate training. His main issue is pulling but with a few minutes of training a day he's improving greatly. Very trainable!
