NOTTINGHAM, MD — A man was killed in a shooting near Perry Hall Thursday night, according to police. Investigators say they believe the victim was targeted. Teon Deontae Barnes, 21, of the 8000 block of Neighbors Avenue in Rosedale, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Officers said Barnes had been shot at least once. He was found in a parking lot in the 4300 block of Bedrock Circle around 9:20 p.m. Anyone with information is asked to call the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020. There may be a reward for tips in connection with the shooting.
