We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor/Custodial Worker. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The Janitor/Custodial Worker will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room and public areas. This is a fantastic opportunity! Our company is expanding and has great opportunities for the right candidates. The office cleaning positions are nightly, part-time, 6 days a week. The position requirements are but not limited to: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Gather and empty trash (must be able to lift 50lbs) Service, clean, and supply restrooms and break rooms Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors Dusting such items as blinds, furniture, file cabinets, and windowsills Applicants must have dependable transportation. Must be able to pass criminal background check. Must be able to pass drug screen. Commercial cleaning experience is preferred. Please reply with resume and/or Custodial/Janitorial experience
