Lead Roofer Elizabethtown, PA • Lead a residential roofing crew of 3 to 4 men • Join a company that cares about the personal and professional growth of their team • Read through contracts and work orders • Prepare your crew to load the trucks and leave with everything you need for the day • Communicate work plans with the homeowner and keep them informed • Evaluate the property and protect it from any potential damage • Organize the crew, enforce safety protocols, and keep your team motivated throughout the day • Report on all materials used • Ensure the property is protected and kept clean during the project • Review the completed project during a walk-around with the homeowner Century Home Improvements has been serving Central Pennsylvania for more than 40 years. We are hiring for a Lead Roofer who will lead a roofing crew to provide the excellent service we’re known for. If you are a skilled roofer or roofing foreman who loves to lead and has experience with exterior home projects like roofing, gutters, awnings, doors, and siding, consider joining our team as a Lead Roofer. Our Ideal Lead Roofer: • Experience: Must have experience in shingle roofing. Experience with rubber and metal roof installations preferred. • Detail-Oriented: Ensure you have all the tools and supplies you need to complete a job and that everything has been done correctly and with quality work. • Leader: Capable of building up your crew and training those with lesser skills to reach the highest potential as a team. Experience as a lead roofer or foreman preferred. But willing to consider candidates with the skill and ability to step into this role. • Team Player: Humble and hardworking. You lead by example. Cares about teammates & customers and is passionate about working together to provide quality service to the customer. • Active: Working in a physically demanding role, bending, kneeling, using tools, climbing scaffolding, comfortable with heights, and lifting up to 75 lbs. • Tools required: Basic hand and cordless tools • Driver’s License: Will be driving a company truck, so a driver’s license is required.
